Jordan’s winter concert season is upon us, and it’s a great opportunity to support your friends in the arts and see some inspiring performances! Tickets for all of the concerts are $5 or five falcon feathers.
Dance performed on Thursday, 12/5 at 6:30 in the Auditorium. The concert featured all styles of dance, including contemporary, modern, musical theatre, jazz, and hip hop. Dancers from beginning to advanced levels performed. Additionally, student choreographers got the chance to perform pieces they had created.
Orchestra’s winter concert was Tuesday, 12/10. Their pieces included “Egmont Overture,” “Jingle Bells,” and “Baltic Dances.”
Chorus is performing this Thursday, 12/12, at 6:30 in the Auditorium. They plan to sing songs such as “Children Go Where I Send Thee,” “Underneath the Tree,” and Beethoven’s Fifth.
Band’s concert will be on Thursday, 12/19, sending us into the break with some great pieces.
