JHS’s very own student photographer has made many appearances at football and basketball games this year, spreading falcon spirit with his newfound photography skills. In addition to capturing these memories at school games, freshman Noah Dillon was also paid to take headshots for the theatre program.
“I didn't have a ton of interest in writing articles [for Falcon Post, so] I asked if I could do photos for an article,” Noah explained. “I went to a Jordan football game and took some photos… it was fun so… now I go to as many games as I can.”

Noah offers his photography services to community members, who can stay up to date by following @noahdillonphotography on Instagram. “I try and charge close to what other photographers similar to me in the area are charging, and really just whatever I feel like is affordable,” Noah said. He typically charges $30-45 per booking.
When asked about his future plans, Noah explained that even though it can be hard to make good money, he hopes to pursue a photography-related career. “It’s definitely what I want to do,” Noah told the Falcon Post.
Noah’s advice to people interested in trying photography is to “learn as much as you can from people who’ve been doing it a while.” He also said that it’s important for amateur photographers to “keep grinding [and] don’t compare yourself to others.”
